Position Overview

We are seeking a responsible, trustworthy, and experienced husband and wife team to manage and maintain mobile home parks on behalf of the owner. This live-in position offers a unique opportunity for a dynamic couple who enjoy working together and have complementary skills in property management, maintenance, and hospitality.

Primary Responsibilities

General maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)

Landscaping, lawn care, and snow removal

Security monitoring and general property upkeep

Administrative tasks (bookkeeping, scheduling, tenant communication)

Housekeeping and interior maintenance
