Key Worker

We are expanding our team in Penrith and surrounding areas and would love to welcome a passionate and dedicated Key Worker to join us in making a positive impact in our community. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in supporting families and children by helping reach their full potential. In this role you will:Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner.Deliver Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) services to participants within schools, homes and the community.Provide therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and help participants get more out of life.Collaborate within the multidisciplinary team.Maintain awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance.
