Landscaping Business for SALE

Not looking to hire an employee this is an ad for a business for sale.

Looking for a younger but qualified team or group of people interested in running their own landscaping business. Willing to offer guidance on landscaping practices, books, hand tools, and extended help through transitional period. Help give back to the earth, be your own boss, and keep our gardens growing for years! Preference for women, nonbinary folks, BIPOC, and folks with marginalized backgrounds.

Details: We want to sell our landscaping business to you at a low cost (what you would earn in less than a month, which you would work to earn back by meeting and working for our existing client list). This landscaping business currently brings in $100,000 annually. 24-50 hours/week, 12 months a year. It's up to you how much you want to work and how much money you want to make. Long client list and 3x as much interest (98% English speakers). Opportunity to grow business and raise profits if employees hired on. Work balance is 50% plant-based softscaping:20% hardscaping:15% odd-job/handyman work:15% office work.

Qualifications: Must have experience working with plants and on a team. Preferred experience in farming, botany, field work, landscaping, especially in northern New Mexico. Ideally hiring a team or small group of people with interest in running a business together and experience working together. Leadership skills and excellent interpersonal communication are necessary. Must be able to do basic algebra, keep a firm schedule, and have customer service experience. Hard, physical labor on the body and mentally challenging clerical work that demands organization. Incredibly rewarding. Clientele not ideal for greedy, entrepreneurial types better for hardworking hippies.
