To serve as a key driver of SGS’s Sustainability and Efficiency business in Latin America, building impactful client partnerships and delivering innovative solutions to address critical sustainability challenges.Main Responsibilities:Strategic Business DevelopmentIdentify and engage with potential clients to understand their sustainability, efficiency, and decarbonization challenges and objectives.Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve regional growth targets and market leadership in Sustainability services.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SGS’s solutions with client needs and market demands.                Client Engagement and Relationship ManagementBuild, cultivate, and expand relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers in significant businesses across the region.Act as a trusted advisor, positioning SGS as a partner in sustainability, delivering measurable and lasting impact.Maintain client satisfaction and loyalty through proactive communication, follow-up, and delivering exceptional value.               Solution Development and DeliveryPartner with seasoned consulting teams to design and propose innovative, customized sustainability and decarbonization solutions.Ensure alignment of proposed solutions with clients’ financial and operational strategies to drive business value.Drive the sales cycle from lead generation through successful project delivery, ensuring seamless execution and positive outcomes.              Market Insights and PositioningMonitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform strategic initiatives.Position SGS as a thought leader in Sustainability by participating in industry forums, conferences, and thought leadership activities.Develop and present compelling value propositions and business cases that resonate with target audiences.             Performance and ReportingAchieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).Prepare regular reports and updates for leadership, providing insights into pipeline progress, challenges, and successes.
