Role Purpose:The Production Payroll Manager will manage end-to-end production payroll for Mexico and support payroll across Colombia, Argentina, and Brazil. This role partners with production teams, HR, Finance, Legal, Labor Relations, and payroll vendors to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll. The candidate must be based in Mexico, bilingual in English and Spanish, and strongly familiar with Mexico labor laws and payroll compliance; LATAM payroll knowledge and Portuguese are a plus.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Manage Mexico production payroll and support union and non-union payroll activities across Colombia, Argentina, and BrazilValidate timekeeping, earnings, deductions, overtime, allowances, union payments, statutory payments, and production pay elementsEnsure compliance with Mexico labor law, local payroll regulations, statutory benefits, tax, social security, union agreements, and company policiesSupport union and non-union employee payroll activities across LATAM, including regular pay, variable pay, allowances, benefits deductions, off-cycle payments, payroll adjustments, termination payments and severance calculationsPartner with HR and Finance to validate employee changes, new hires, transfers, compensation updates, leaves, and separations impacting LATAM payrollCoordinate with 3rd party vendors and internal partners on payroll calculations, filings, reporting, audits, and issue resolutionMaintain payroll data integrity, documentation, controls, confidentiality, and compliance with policies and local legal requirementsResearch payroll discrepancies, identify root causes, and partner with stakeholders to resolve issues quicklySupport testing, integrations, vendor changes, process improvements, and production readinessAd Hoc responsibilities
