Manufacturing Supervisor

Take over responsibility for operations in your line:Provide supervision, guidance and support to your team leaders and operators to ensure that all teams are operating efficiently to meet production targets.You are responsible for ensuring that all operational line targets, such as quality, safety, time and cost targets, are met.Supervise plant operations in accordance with plant policies and procedures.Ensure a conscientious and on-time planning of employee resources.Implement and follow production processes.Allocate labor in response to fluctuating orders; set priorities for production.Enforce/improve standards of safety and ergonomics, quality and productivity with respect to 5S standards.  All aspects of production are drive by lean manufacturing principles of predictability, organization, and efficiency improvement
