Substance Abuse Support Professionals Needed - Join Our Caring Team!

About the Roles:

We are searching for compassionate and dedicated professionals to join our substance abuse support team. In these vital roles, you will provide case management, facilitate counseling/support groups, and offer wraparound services to help clients overcome addiction and achieve long-term recovery.

Substance Abuse Case Manager Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop customized treatment plans

- Coordinate medical, mental health, housing, and other support services

- Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed

- Maintain detailed case notes and documentation

- Connect clients to community resources and provide referrals

Substance Abuse Facilitator Responsibilities:

- Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions

- Lead educational workshops on addiction, relapse prevention, life skills, etc.

- Provide motivational support and recovery coaching

- Monitor client attendance and participation

- Collaborate with case managers to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, or a related human services field

- 2+ years of direct experience working with substance abuse populations

- Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and case management

- Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities

- Certification as a Substance Abuse Counselor or ability to obtain

- Familiarity with community resources and service networks
