Painting laborer

I’m looking to hire a few painting laborers, fast painters who are on time, reliable, responsible, and get things done without needing “supervision” or baby sitting.

Qualifications: must have your own tools and reliable transportation. You will use your one vehicle. (Rollers, brushes, poles etc)

Must be able to pass background check.

2 years of painting experience is a must.

Must be willing to travel to outside cities like Santa Fe, Edgewood, moriarty, tijeras, sandia park, corrales, los lunas (gas is paid for or compensated)

Starting pay: $16 an hour to start. Raises and bonuses are given out frequently. Best way to get promoted/raises is finish the job on time or faster, do what you’re told, show up on time. Payday is every Saturday by the end of the day. YOU ARE A W9 Employee, you will receive all of your money with nothing being withheld, you’re responsible for paying and filing your taxes, not us.

NOTE: the first 2-3 weeks of you being hired on will be a probationary period. The jobsite is a drug free alcohol free zone, if caught drunk/under the influence or intoxicated of any sort, you will be terminated immediately. If tools are lost, stolen, damaged or dried out (tools provided by us) it will come out of your payment.

If you know any other trades/skills, that’s a plus.
