We are looking for a dynamic P&O Partner to lead organization and people initiatives, ensuring alignment with plant objectives and fostering a culture of engagement and performance excellence. Your role will be instrumental in driving workforce planning, talent acquisition, capability building and performance management initiatives while ensuring compliance and employee well-being.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for collaborating with the site leadership team to strategize the roadmap for HR, designing and organizing a structure to stabilize and grow the business/market, working within corporate guidelines to engage and review organization structure for staffing needs, and deploying talent management processes and related interventions.
You will engage in discussions with site leaders about the prospects of the business in the next financial year, enabling them to anticipate talent needs for the next 4 to 6 quarters, and integrating the deployment of internally ready pool to staff lateral positions.
You will prepare talent acquisition plans for the country with the site/country head, build business cases, facilitate discussions with corporate for compensation approvals, monitor lead time from interview till employee joining and induction, and guide and review the hiring process for timely recruitment of quality talent.
You will be responsible for assessing the existing talent pool, assisting in the selection of the best resources from among them, analysing vacancies, and proactively conducting talent meetings to facilitate their deployment.
Your role involves participating in discussions with employees, designing and rolling out location-specific and employee-friendly policies, and facilitating People Managers to drive initiatives for their respective verticals.
Setting priorities with country heads for developing scorecards, cascading scorecards, and regularly communicating goals and progress to employees will be part of your role.
You will be responsible for driving all the stages of Performance Management, enabling and monitoring managers at various stages of goal setting and performance appraisal.
You will coordinate with trainers to conduct relevant sessions, seminars, and workshops for honing the technical skills of business managers, and drive operations excellence around the deployment of internal managers, repatriation of managers from countries, and top talent retention.
Supervising and managing compensation and benefits reviews conforming to corporate guidelines, benchmarking country compensation and pay-out structures, payroll, incentives, employee benefits, and social security will also be within your responsibilities.
You will support change management as per business requirements and ensure statutory and process compliance
