Part-time, Approximately 15-20 hours/week, Mon-Fri
Location: Santa Fe, NM (on-site)
$15/hour (1099 Contractor)
Good Grief is on the hunt for a Fulfillment Coordinator to help us send our deeply relatable, slightly dark-humored, and always thoughtful products out into the world. We are looking for someone who finds joy in precision, thrives in an organized space, and knows that details matter - because every package we send is a small moment of support for someone who needs it.
While there is some flexibility, we’re ideally looking for someone who can work on-site for a few hours a day, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9am–5pm.
What You’ll Do
Fulfill orders: Pack them beautifully, double-check the details, and send them on their way with care.
Keep inventory in check: Conduct regular inventory counts, create and receive purchase orders, and keep our Shopify stock accurate.
Maintain the warehouse: A tidy space is a happy space. You'll ensure everything stays organized, clean, and easy to navigate.
Refine our processes: We love efficiency. If there’s a way to make things smoother, we want you to help us find it.
Communicate professionally: Whether it’s writing an email to a customer or keeping the team updated, clear and kind communication is key.
Comfortably lift packages up to 20 lbs, stand for extended periods, and move around shelving or storage areas as needed.
Who You Are
Detail-obsessed: If something is off by even a smidge, you notice.
Organized to the core: You probably alphabetize your spice rack.
Aesthetically aware: You appreciate good design and know that presentation matters.
A planner: You anticipate needs before they become problems.
A handwriting champ: If your handwriting looks like a cryptic doctor’s note, this might not be the gig for you.
Process-oriented: You love following (and improving) systems that keep things running smoothly.
Bonus Points For
Shopify experience (or the willingness to learn)
The Interview Process
We like to keep things simple but thorough. As part of the interview, you’ll complete:
A handwriting sample (because, yes, it actually matters here).
A written email response to a customer scenario (to see your communication skills in action).
If you’re ready to help us bring a little more organization (and a little less chaos) to the fulfillment side of Good Grief, we’d love to hear from you.
