Personal Assistant for Real Estate Business

Are you organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn the real estate business from the inside out? I’m looking for a sharp and motivated Personal Assistant to support my fast-paced real estate business in Las Cruces. You’ll work directly with me, mostly from my home office (about 80% of the time), where my small dogs are part of the team—so being comfortable with dogs is a must. This is a hands-on position with lots of opportunity to grow as the business grows. If you're currently working toward your real estate license, this is a fantastic opportunity to learn everything from listings and marketing to client care and backend operations.
