Do you have a strong desire to educate and empower youth? Look no further! We are seeking a dedicated Prevention Specialist to join our team and deliver impactful educational programs to youth and young adults.

You will be responsible for delivering our comprehensive curriculum to youth and young adults in a grant-funded program. Your duties will include reviewing and presenting the curriculum, obtaining necessary permissions, coordinating with school staff, collecting evaluation data, maintaining accurate records, and supporting community workshops. You will collaborate with the Project Director and community leaders to enhance program activities and provide input for improvements.

Job requirements include:

High school diploma required, associate degree or ongoing college education in relevant fields

preferred (e.g., education, child development, psychology, social work, counseling, public health).

Wyman certification or the ability to obtain it.

Experience in public speaking, oral presentations, or teaching is advantageous.

Familiarity with Native American or Navajo traditions and culture is a plus. Proficiency in both

languages desirable.

Experience working with youth and collecting data for reports is beneficial.

Background check clearance and valid work authorization.

Current Driver's License with reliable transportation.

Proficiency in using office equipment, computers, presentation tools, and software like Microsoft Office.
