Process Technician CER

 Activities may include, but are not limited to:Start up, shut down, and restart machines per production scheduleAdjust chip attach machine processes for product defects (i.e epoxy excess, chip turned, low frequency)Document and monitor critical process parametersIdentify, diagnose and troubleshoot process-related problems to maintain desired efficiency levelsEscalate appropriate information to Senior Process Engineer  and their shift’s Team Leader as neededAssist in changeovers of machines (tooling and material)Adhere to quality (ISO9001) standards and safety standardsConsistently work in a safe manner with regard to self, co-workers, and manufacturing equipmentPerform general housekeeping within the department/group and assist other areas as requiredBack up other areas of the production floor (Material Handling, Inspecting and Packing) as needed
