Production Line Work - Now Hiring

We're seeking dedicated Production Line Employees for our Santa Fe manufacturing facility. You'll play a key role in producing our natural body care products, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

-Operate and monitor production line equipment (filling, labeling, capping, packing).

-Perform tasks like filling containers, applying labels, capping, and packing finished goods.

-Conduct visual quality checks and remove defective items.

-Maintain a clean work area following GMP and safety standards.

-Accurately complete production records.

-Collaborate with the team to meet daily goals.

-Assist with line setup and minor adjustments.

Qualifications:

-Manufacturing experience preferred (training provided).

-Ability to follow instructions and strong attention to detail.

-Good manual dexterity; ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

-Basic understanding of safety procedures.

-Team player with a strong work ethic and punctuality.

-Ability to lift/carry up to 25-50 lbs occasionally.
