As we grow, we’re seeking someone who can help shape a thoughtful, streamlined, and efficient production pipeline.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Production Manager to guide the full lifecycle of jewelry production—from sample development to final delivery. This role ensures each piece is crafted with precision, quality, and integrity while upholding timelines, nurturing vendor relationships, and supporting the daily rhythm of our studio. A central part of this position is managing materials and inventory with clarity and accuracy, as well as overseeing our in-studio assistant.
This role is based out of our Downtown Santa Fe studio. You’ll work closely with the founder/designer to bring designs to life while shaping a thoughtful, organized, and steadily evolving production ecosystem. We are looking for a starting part-time position, with an opportunity to grow into full time. Training will be in person but can become partially work from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of jewelry production, from concept and development through final delivery.
Create & maintain data analysis systems to ensure accurate forecasting & ordering.
Maintain production calendars, timelines, and schedules to ensure timely completion.
Communicate daily with vendors, jewelers, and suppliers to support workflow and expectations.
Uphold consistent quality control standards across all pieces.
Track materials, inventory, and production quantities accurately.
Manage purchase orders, invoices, and production budgets.
Coordinate sampling, prototyping, and new product development.
Identify and implement improvements to production efficiency and workflow.
Collaborate closely with the founder/designer on new designs and product launches.
Oversee and manage the in-studio assistant’s schedule and tasks.
Ensure packaging is stocked and organized.
Maintain a clean, orderly, and functional studio workspace.
Lead regular production team meetings to align priorities and workflow.
Requirements :
Proven experience in jewelry production and product development.
Data analysis know-how
Strong communication and vendor-management skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven.
Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving, hands-on environment.
Proficient in Shopify.
Proficient in G-Suite, especially google / excel sheets.
Preferred (Not Required):
Familiarity with sustainable or ethical production and sourcing practices.
Basic SQL experience.
