Production Technician - Softgel Operations

Trace Herbals/Herbs, Etc. is an Herbal Supplement manufacturer operating in Santa Fe for over 40 years. We manufacture a wide variety of supplements including tinctures, liquids and softgels for use to support a wide range of health-related issues and enhancements.

Hours: M-F (Mon., Tues. 8-5:00; Wed., Thurs. 8-4:30, Fri. 8-3:30)

Weigh raw materials

Mix/blend ingredients per specifications

Set up softgel encapsulation equipment per product specifications

Operate softgel encapsulation equipment following Standard Operating Procedures

Continuously monitor all processes to ensure quality

Perform in-process testing and checks as required

Disassemble and clean and sanitize all equipment

Inspect Soft Gelatin capsules for quality

Able to lift 25-50 pounds

Maintain work area in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)

Maintain accurate production records

Compatible work experience includes: Brewery jobs; beverage handling and manufacturing; Cannabis Industry; Manufacturing/product mixing; Misc. experience requiring documentation.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
