Job Description

HII-Mission Technologies is currently seeking an experienced Program Manager for a single award ID/IQ contract providing test and evaluation support to a variety of mission partners. The PM will direct the overall program. The work involves interfacing with multiple customers and developing and managing plans across subcontractors. The PM will be responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of the program. This position is located at Kirtland AFB, Albuquerque, NM.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Provide management and oversight of all activities and serves as the primary interface and Point of Contact (POC) with the COR and the customer. Responsible for managing and overseeing the activities of all contractor personnel as well as subcontractors and teaming partners. Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and lead execution of this task order.
  • Responsible for personnel and operations on multiple active task orders across the contract.
  • Manage all aspects of program and program personnel including engineers, consultants, and administrative personnel.
  • Assign personnel with the appropriate skill sets to accomplish the requirements in each task order, as well as leverage these skill sets throughout the workforce to meet the overall contract requirements.
  • Efforts include program cost, schedule, risk, and technical performance management functions and reporting technical, schedule, and financial management data in the monthly Contract Status Report.
  • Develops new business or expand services with the customer.
  • Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems, and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in a related field; 2 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in a related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 8 years relevant progressive experience.
  • 1-year experience as an analyst in engineering, technical, statistical, or intelligence field
  • 5 years of project management experience, including experience in personnel supervisory and/or personnel resource allocation experience and/or contract management.
  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Top Secret with SCI eligibility
