RANCHO DE CHIMAYÓ RESTAURANTE IS HIRING A GRILL COOK – Rancho de Chimayó (Chimayó, NM)

Rancho de Chimayó, a landmark New Mexican restaurant, is hiring a Grill Cook to join our kitchen team. We’re looking for someone with experience on the line, especially with grilling meats to order and managing multiple tickets during busy shifts.

Skills & Requirements:

Proven experience as a grill or line cook

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Reliable, team-oriented, and punctual

Full-time position available. Must be available weekends and holidays. Come be part of a family-run restaurant with deep roots in Northern New Mexico.
