Description:Research Associate will conduct experiments and contribute to the development of our TBI product using modern immunochemical techniques under the supervision of the lead Scientist and/or Director of Assay Development.Responsibilities:

Plan and execute experiments with the guidance of project leader

Analyze data, prepare summary of the experiments and technical reports

Follow and develop SOPs and Work Instructions

Maintain records using Good Documentation Practices

Adhere to quality management system

Solve technical challenges using creative thinking, scientific method, and analytical skills

Skills:immunology, Laboratory, biochemistry, glp, gmp, biology, elisa, antibodies, aseptic technique, iso 13485, Chemistry, assay development, assayAdditional Skills & Qualifications:-GMP/GLP

Attention to detail

Knowledge of laboratory methods commonly used in immunochemistry and molecular biology, such as:

-ELISA-Antibody purification, protein conjugation and labeling-Protein analysis by BCA, A280, gel electrophoresis, and other standard techniques Preparation of solutions-Aseptic techniques-Knowledge of ISO 13485 or experience working in regulated environment is a plus-Clean room or cGMP experience is a plus-GMP/GLP-Familiarity with clinical laboratory assays is a plus

Bachelor of Science in Biology, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field

2-4+ years of practical lab experience

Familiarity with clinical laboratory assays is a plus
