Job DescriptionAs an HVAC technician in the TLC Service department you will be responsible for providing customer focused leadership and direction on a daily basis to ensure a safe work environment, high quality work and high rate of production. You will also be responsible for providing leadership and training for team members but not to exclude any individual at TLC that may benefit from your leadership position. Job Requirements

Recognized expert in all aspects of residential/light HVAC.

Understanding of OSHA regulations and Safety requirements for all aspects of the Service trade

Strong HVAC installation and trouble-shooting skills

Aptitude and ability to trouble shoot and repair HVAC systems

Have exceptional sales skills and ability to write clean clear proposals.

Salary $38,812 - $64,688

Average base salary depends on experience; does not include overtime or bonuses.
