Reward Analyst

Job Description

The role ofReward Analyst will play a key role in the transformation of the Reward function as we go through a period of substantial change. This important position will ensure Global Express has a high-quality rewards offering which resonates with market conditions. This role will ultimately see us succeed in being able to attract, motivate and retain high calibre employees to meet its operational short and long term objectives.

As the Reward Analyst, you will be expected to keep a business class mindset and reward governance. In addition, the Reward Analyst also has direct accountability for the Company-wide grading program, processes and management for the job classification matrix & associated online grading databases.

Supporting the Reward Manager in the delivery and governance rewards programs across the Global Express Business, this role will be responsible for interventions such as:

• Maintaining and communicating reward policies
• Grading framework and advising on salary ranges
• Annual salary reviews
• Annual bonus reviews and programs
• Maintaining and communication around benefits, policies and programs
• Keeping recognition policies and programs up to date and relevant to market conditions and expectations

Qualifications

As a subject matter expert, you will bring an understanding of external salary surveys, benefit surveys, grading systems how these apply to Global Express.

As such, we are looking for someone with:

• Great presentation, facilitation and training skills
• Project management skills
• Database skills
• Software skills (Word, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellence in numeracy with experience in some of the following: regression analysis, statistics, mathematics.
• Communication skills, spoken and written (English and national language)
• Strong analytical skills
