Read on.Job DescriptionThe Sales Account Coordinator is responsible for effective administration and customer development by facilitating strong exhibitor relationships and act as a conduit between exhibitors, sales and operations. The Sales Account Coordinator receives incoming leads and applications, ensuring they are assigned to appropriate sales representatives or following up directly with the exhibitor. This role will provide high level service to current and potential exhibitors, reaching business targets through excellent telephone sales and communication skills. The position is also responsible for the exhibitor contracts administration and exhibitor registration.Key Responsibilities:Ensure follow-up on applications and leads, and passing leads to appropriate sales team memberEnter new exhibitor data and update changes to existing accounts in SalesforceMaintain and nurture relationships with our current exhibitors by providing ongoing communication and customer service via email and phoneWork with billing department on account reconciliationAssist exhibitors with any concerns they may have regarding the show/event.Provide timely communication to all exhibitor inquiriesAssist potential exhibitor applicants with the applicationMaintain communications and manage expectations with waitlist and pending applicantsWork with the operations team to compile and publish the exhibitor manual on website.Make sales calls where requiredAssist in event development through telephone researchAssist with customer service callsAssist the Sales Manager in compiling accurate sales listsSocial media engagement with exhibitors in official FAN EXPO groupOther onsite duties include: onsite ordering taking, cash collection, POS managementFlexible weekend availability during events
