Your responsibilites in this commission-based relationship manager role is to advise clients how their lives can be better by adding regular body and skin care into their wellness regimen by enrolling them into membership. Then the relationship skills come into play to keep on their plan of care. You'll be responsible for deepening member relationships and building the Massage Envy brand in West Farm by engaging clients through:Outstanding customer service, by being prepared and expecting clients so they are greeted upon arrival, asking probing questions about their reason for therapy today to match service add-ons that can enhancment the chance they leave feeling exceptional, address questions and concerns, scheduling services, work with client contact center to field phone calls.

Promoting the value of total body care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program membership, rebooking clients for future services, and encouraging gift cards for loved ones and home-care retail purchases based on service provider recommendations. Attending community events to drive in more prospects for membership.

Consistently driving member retention through on-going outreach via phone, mail and email to members.

Previous relationaship management experience or sales experience is necessary.

Smart and savvy with solid math and computer skills, confidence handling cash, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Masters of customer service who makes everyone they interact with feel valued and supported, whether in person or on the phone.

Great teammates who can work well with others in a fun and fast-paced environment.

Supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage, stretch and skin care services.
