What You’ll Do:

One on One Sales: Deliver outstanding customer service, helping our customers find exactly what they need and sharing your excitement about our products.

Product Processing: Get hands-on with the preparation and processing of our top-quality meats and charcuterie products.

Inventory Management: Keep our shelves stocked and our displays looking sharp, ensuring that every product meets our high standards.

Sanitation and Safety: Being able to keep an organized and sanitary environment, follow HACCP, USDA & SERVSAFE food safety requirements and cleaning & sanitizing protocols.

Team Collaboration: Complete projects, work collaboratively with our team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

A Passion for Customer Service: You’re friendly, helpful, and love making connections with people.

Experience: Prior experience in sales and retail management is ideal. What we’re most interested in however, is your work ethic, and your willingness to learn and grow.

Attention to Detail: You take pride in your work and are committed to maintaining the highest quality standards.

Team Player: You thrive in a team-oriented environment, bringing energy and a positive attitude to everything you do.

Physical Endurance: You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and handle physically demanding tasks.

What We Offer:

Competitive Compensation: Starting pay is $18/hour for your training period. Receive a raise to $20/hr+ once training is complete. We also provide opportunities for raises as you grow with us.
