Seasonal Bagging Tech

Soilutions is adding 1-2 Seasonal Bagging Techs to our South Valley based team. Soilutions is New Mexico’s largest private compost company, diverting millions of pounds of organic waste from the landfill each year while providing high quality compost, soil and mulch products to our community. We are expanding rapidly and are excited to add a passionate, driven individual to our growing team.

As our Seasonal Bagging Tech, you will assist in our product bagging operation at our site in the South Valley, interacting with Soilutions yard team to help build our Spring bagged inventory. You will work closely with our Yard Manager to ensure we are providing the best possible customer service experience with our bagged products.

This is a part time, short term position. 8 am to 2:30 pm Monday - Friday.

Duration is Mid February through Mid June. Compensation is $15.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

Learn the bagging process with one of our team members and work closely with them to successfully fulfill inventory requirements.

Clean yard. Water product.

Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

Ability to lift 50lb repeatedly.

100% outside in all weather conditions.

Ability to stand long hours in heat and cold.

Bilingual a plus (English / Spanish).
