• Provide life-cycle protection and security risk management for assigned programs through application of physical, personnel, industrial, information, and communication security policies, directives, and guidance

• Provide comprehensive security guidance and recommendations to the Program Office staff in support of program requirements, across traditional and non-traditional security disciplines to include, but not limited to: Program Protection, Operational Security (OPSEC), Communications Security (COMSEC), Information Systems Security (INFOSEC), physical/facility/technical security, personnel, and industrial security

• Implement and enforce policies for document and access controls, transmission of sensitive information and materials, and related information controls and safeguards, using knowledge of commonly applied personnel security principles, concepts, and methodologies in carrying out a variety of support assignments
• Manage a wide variety of personnel security functions related to in-processing and out-processing of personnel, exhibiting an in-depth level of knowledge of all security oversight publications, instructions, and guides and contributing substantive content to the development and implementation of security policies

• Bachelors and 10 years' experience, with all or some of the following:
  • Program Security for traditional and/or non-traditional, national security, special programs-in one or more of the following security disciplines: Program Protection, Operational Security (OPSEC), Communications Security (COMSEC), Information Systems Security (INFOSEC), physical/facility/technical security, personnel and industrial
  • Security risk management processes, including communicating risk and mitigation options to government stakeholders
• Must have an in-scope background investigation (SSBI/T5) and the ability to obtain Sensitive Compartment Information and Special Access Program accesses as well as be willing to consent to a counter-intelligence polygraph examination

• Master's degree in security field
• Professional certifications (e.g., IC Directive 705 SCIF Training, ASNSYS ADMIN, Terrorism Prevention, Comprehensive PRP)
• Experience in the National Security Space and/or the Space Control mission area
