Job DescriptionSales and Marketing Group (SMG) has embarked on a multi-year Sales Transformation Journey that will empower and equip our sellers to better serve our customers, capture customer loyalty, and support Intel's growth target. The Sales Excellence team is chartered to lead this transformation working across SMG and Intel.As the Sales Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for coaching SMG sellers and sales managers on implementation of successful Opportunity Based Selling methodologies. As member of the Sales Excellence team, you will have a clear understanding of the strategies, tools, and practices to create value for sellers and Intel, and you will help in training, coaching and equipping our sellers to adopt best practices for account, opportunity and pipeline management. You will direct the activities of regional resources in support of the same. The role will report to the Sr. Director of Sales Productivity.Responsibilities may include but not be limited to:

Developing the strategy and tactics to engage our sales managers and sellers in adopting best practices in sales methodologies and processes, with a focus in the areas of account, opportunity, and pipeline management.

Overseeing the work of regional CRM ops analysts that are aligned to accomplish the same.

Leading and coaching sales managers and sellers through targeted support that simplifies their experience and reduces their burden so they can maximize productivity and sales.

Capturing best practices from inside and outside of the organization and integrating learning into process and tools improvements as well as training and coaching others to enable higher productivity and effectiveness.

Building deep knowledge of Intel seller journeys, pain points and business needs, and closing the loop back to the Sales Excellence strategy team with prioritized suggestions to improve the seller experience through our tools and business process improvement roadmaps.

Partnering with the Sales Excellence delivery team to be first adopters of new capabilities and then developing strategies with the Sales Excellence Change and Comms team to scale training and learning to the sellers.

Tracking and measuring progress towards the desired outcomes/goals.

Required skills and experience:

Engaging and inspiring sales leader and coach with hands on experience building and leading successful sales teams and developing sellers and sales managers.

Significant experience leading in Intel sales with a working knowledge of Intel's key sales motions, roles, products, segments, partners, and customer types.

Extensive knowledge of the Intel Sales CRM and sales productivity tools, with expertise in sales methodologies and practices like opportunity and pipeline management.

Empathetic leader with developed interpersonal skills to facilitate effective interaction and collaboration with sales leaders, sellers, team members, and internal and external stakeholders.

Self-motivated and organized with a track record of successfully planning and achieving goals.

Creative and innovative thinker who is motivated to take on challenges and drive change.

Proven operational expertise leading teams to improve processes and execute programs with discipline.

Excellent communication and listening skills required.

Professional maturity demonstrated calm under pressure, and a positive outlook.

QualificationsYou must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel Immigration sponsorship.Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, finance, engineering, or related field

9+ years of sales experience.

5+ years of sales management experience.

2+ years' experience in cross-geo collaboration.

Must be willing to support multiple geos and time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of sales management experience at Intel.

Proven experience working and influencing highly matrixed teams where you will not have direct positional authority.

MBA or similar master's degree.

This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
