Your days will see you working closely with internal teams and external partners, applying your technical knowledge in real world conditions, and making good decisions when it matters most. You’ll have a strong connection to the field, the equipment and the people around you, playing your part in keeping operations running safely, efficiently and to a high standard.You’ll bring a practical mindset and a willingness to get stuck in, whether that’s supporting operations on site, identifying opportunities to improve reliability and performance, or sharing your experience to lift those around you.
