Turner & Townsend is engaged to support our clients with many complex projects, responsible for all aspects of program, project, and cost management. We are currently seeking a Senior Portfolio Program Manager to support a national commercial client and help drive a construction delivery for a major program. In this role, you will act as the day-to-day interface with our commercial real estate client and be responsible for developing project management and project control best practices, while monitoring performance of these applications and ensuring detailed reporting.  Additionally, you will also manage strategy and capital planning.   Responsibilities:Advanced knowledge in project management and project controls best practices and applications. Direct process improvement to improve internal and client facing systems and processes, establishing new cost and project control tools, reporting and risk documents, and cost management templates and products. Develop and oversee program reporting to key stakeholders and program governance, including scheduling, planning metrics and KPIs to assure team performance against the Project baseline metrics. Develop program improvement initiatives and asks. Own & deliver training programs to key stakeholder groups Assist in the development and management of the project's strategic plans and program initiatives to meet the goals and needs of the Owner. To act as the key, day to day project team interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and these projects are delivered within time and cost targets and to the appropriate quality standards Participate in value engineering sessions as necessary to reduce cost. Review the Project Master Schedule sequencing, interface milestones and critical path elements (developed by others).  Develop and recommend the program budget, cash flow and financial plan.  Oversee and lead the risk management process for the project. Meet with clients, city officials, architects, engineers, contractors and consultants to present the project status and anticipate issues. Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of project controls, project management, construction documentation and sequencing. Manage and coordinate all aspects of the program, including the budget, schedule, operational needs, procedures, client standards, QA/QC program requirements, as well as individual roles and responsibilities. Attend owner, architect and contractor meetings, taking the meeting notes and managing the follow-up action items. Consider the development of an end-to-end process that captures the project controls information from intake through to closeout. Including incorporating a feedback loop for intake/cost/scheduling closeout information.  SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
