Unit DescriptionAre you a highly creative individual, capable of driving sourcing channels and building talent funnels?Do you enjoy the thrill of finding the right candidate?Sodexo is seeking a Senior Recruiter for Facilities Management roles within our Corporate Services Segment to join our award-winning Talent Acquisition Team!This is a Remote role!Candidates can live in any state!In this role, you will source and recruit facilities management operational leaders into the company's Corporate Services Segment . You will partner with hiring managers and operational leaders to learn their business objectives, growth strategies, and hiring needs. You will provide managers insight into the talent market, influencing with data and leveraging recruiting technology.This opportunity is great for a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner seeking a great strong leadership team.Our ideal candidate will be a Talent Advisor and subject matter expert who will drive the recruitment process, source, and pipeline candidates forfuture openings, and immerse in Sodexo's business to provide quality recruitment solutions to our business partners. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to participate in strategic, high-impact projects and initiatives related to the ongoing development of the talent acquisition function.Primary responsibilities include:Build and foster strong partnerships with the business leaders in the Corporate Services segment.

Develop and utilize creative recruiting strategies to include social media, Indeed, LinkedIn and professional organizations, etc. to use in conjunction with sourcing tools provided.

Utilize a robust applicant tracking system to manage candidate flow.

Negotiate pay packages with candidates based on client budget, expectations, and market rates.

Travel to client sites and facilities as needed to build relationships with site leaders and gain insight on business operations.

Preferred Skills and Experience:Associate’s degree and a minimum 3 years of talent acquisition experience in a corporate recruiting or agency environment. Relevant experience may be substituted for the Associate’s degree.

Experience in recruiting for a variety of professional and technical roles such as engineers, project managers, operations managers, safety managers, is preferred.

Proven success in sourcing, networking, and building a successful talent pipeline

Strong business acumen and ability to partner effectively with key stakeholders

Excellent oral and written communication skills to clearly and concisely present information to management.

Experience utilizing iCIMS applicant tracking system and Avature CRM system is a plus
