Shipping Store Manager

We are seeking a full time Manager to oversee and perform all daily operations at our family-owned retail shipping and mailbox store.

Dental and vision benefits available after one month of employment.

Store hours of operation 9-5:30 Monday - Friday, Saturday 10-3. Manager’s schedule includes working one Saturday per month with flexible scheduling ahead of time. The store is closed Sundays and most major holidays.

Required Experience:

- Three years direct management experience leading a team of 3+.

- Four years minimum customer service employment.

- Very comfortable fluency with computers, POS systems, and cash register transactions.

- Leadership with ability to set team goals and delegate tasks to meet project deadlines.

- Experience in retail shipping is a bonus but not essential. Willing to train the right candidate.
