Summary: Meta is seeking a Program Specialist to join our Data Center Site Operations (“SiteOps”) team. Our data centers are the foundation upon which our rapidly scaling infrastructure efficiently operates and upon which our innovative services are delivered. The Program Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective execution of our workforce strategy, specifically headcount planning, while effectively partnering with central support teams to deliver programmatic and/or automated solutions. This role will also support the team by identifying key process metrics and improvement opportunities to develop people and teams within SiteOps, partnering closely with SiteOps in its different dimensions (Global, Regional, Site Specific, and Functional lines), as well as cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, get-things-done professional who can think strategically, adapt quickly, and rapidly earn credibility and trust with all levels of the organization. They have demonstrated the ability to coordinate with key stakeholders on time/mission critical operational tasks and be highly organized, productive, poised, and able to thrive in high-pressure, time-sensitive scenarios.Required Skills: SiteOps Program Specialist - Headcount Planning Responsibilities:
Lead and deliver program-level initiatives focused on workforce and headcount planning to optimize the operations of SiteOps.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop an efficient and consistent staffing model for our Data Centers and supporting organizations within SiteOps.
Manage the lifecycle of open positions within SiteOps, from defining the staffing model to approval, communication to hiring managers, and coordination with the recruiting team.
Facilitate the collection and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data during the workforce management process, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimizing team performance.
Coordinate regular strategic planning follow-ups, ensuring timely communication and providing valuable business updates to stakeholders.
Manage strategic planning, development, and facilitation of key internal leadership and team meetings and events. Gather and advocate for SiteOps’ requirements and needs in planning and participating in cross-functional meetings and events.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive consistent use of processes across teams and locations. Assure regular coordination and communication of key projects and tasks.
Partner effectively with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze programmatic data and surveys, identifying key strategic insights, and tailoring solutions to meet business needs.
Build relationships and gain consensus with key stakeholders while focusing on executing timely solutions.
Approximately 20% - 30% travel required.
Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in Human Capital Management, specifically in areas such as headcount planning and workforce management.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft and Google collaboration tools (MS Office, Google Docs/Sheets, etc.)
Experience operating in a high-growth environment and managing end-to-end projects from development to delivery (Project Management experience)
Experience communicating key insights and business recommendations to non-technical audiences and working with technical management teams to help develop processes and solutions.
Experience navigating business structures while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.
Experience capturing complex concepts and communicating them to stakeholders effectively.
Organization, communication, and presentation experience
Experience consuming large amounts of operational data to identify key trends and themes
Experience assessing multiple data sources and key metrics to draw conclusions

7+ years of marketing/business operations, human resource, project management, or program management experience.
PMP Certification
Proficiency in data visualization tools for storytelling.
Experience documenting lessons learned and applying best practices.
Proactive approach to risk assessment and mitigation.
Experience managing and prioritizing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining organization and control.
Data center, facility operations, people operations, or recruiting experience
