What Your Impact Will BeResponsible for efficiently and timely executing the entire order cycle for our key customers: Walmart and Amazon. This role is essential to ensuring excellent customer service, optimizing logistics KPIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the proper delivery of our products.Main ResponsabilitiesManage the entire order cycle, from receipt to final delivery, ensuring compliance with required times, quantities, and specifications.Monitor and track key performance indicators (fill rate, OTIF, backlog, cancellations) on a daily basis, identifying root causes and proposing solutions.Participate in follow-up meetings with internal teams (and external teams if needed) to review performance, opportunities, and action plans.Identify opportunities for improvement and participate in automation and operational efficiency projects.
