-Ideal stylist setting with good lighting, spacious layout, quality equipment, convenient parking, and ample lobby space.

-Three wash bins and two dryers available for communal use.

-Work alongside a positive, self-driven team of up to 10 stylists, most of whom have been here for several years.

-Set your own schedule and establish YOUR business with secure personal access to the building and independent responsibility for client appointments, phone service, pricing structure, and payment collection.

-Tools, product, and maintaining the cleanliness of the space are the renter’s responsibility.
