Summer Camp Rock Climbing/ Kayaking Teacher

Dear Candidates,

We are seeking a summer camp rock climbing and kayaking instructor who is at least 21 years old, with experience working with children and a passion for the outdoors. Your responsibilities will include setting up ropes at Los Conches to ensure a safe and enjoyable rock climbing experience. Additionally, you will lead kayaking classes at Abiquiu Lake, where you’ll teach basic kayaking skills to pairs of students.

We’re looking for someone with a fun, easy-going personality who can also create a calm and controlled environment. Comfortably driving a 14-passenger van is a requirement for this position.

The job entails working every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from May 26th to August 6th.

There will be a set up day on May 24th and a take down day Aug 9th.
