Responsible to the Raytheon Program Manager and will work in collaboration with the local Raytheon Site Lead and deputy site lead for the overall performance, training, staffing and management of Raytheon employees assigned to the program. General responsibilities include managing 8-10 Raytheon employees located at the customer facility. Responsible for the completion of all requirements of the contract, to include budget, and technical performance. May require to be on-call, shift work, or perform functions outside of standard business hours.

This position is an onsite role – Las Cruces, New Mexico

Not Relocation Eligible – Relocation assistance not availableResponsibilities to Anticipate:

Provide department guidance at Las Cruces, NM Facility; oversight for technical performance of personnel of a multi-contractor team including managing the training and certification of the team, documentation of all procedures and the administration of the Quality Assurance Plan .

Provide staffing and oversight of all positions (not just Raytheon positions.)

Contribute to the development of innovative and complex concepts that will provide value to the customer .

Provide technical expertise and anomaly surge support to operations team .

Lead objective-oriented teams providing guidance to direct reports of goals and expected results that will meet organizational objectives .

Guide and mentor direct reports from multi-contractor team .

Participate in interviews of Raytheon candidates.

Exert influence in the development of program level organizational goals and setting customer expectations.

Multiple tasks, representing Raytheon and the program .

Basic Qualifications: Typically requires a Bachelor’s in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 8 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent.

This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
