Technical Delivery Manager

You will work together with other team members to deliver impactful solutions to support AECOM's core services.Responsibilities We are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated Technical Deliver Manager to work on a variety of tasks and projects. The successful candidate will lead a team and communicate effectively to stakeholders and clients.  Areas of work include:Responsible for the creation of work plans and task definitions, oversees data collection and develops solutions to business/client problems with a focus on resource and schedule managementEnsures, directly and through subordinates, that projects are completed on time and to company standards.Support business development pursuits of technology services as needed (providing estimates and contributing to proposal write-ups)Provides periodic progress reports to senior management and/or clientsEstablish strategy and standard processes for the team’s implementation for SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure, application development, reporting databases and on a project-by-project basis as neededOversee and/or advise on implementation of third-party solutions on behalf of clientsManage and plan delivery of new solutions, migrations or other worksCommunicating and collaborating with project managers, project teams, clients and other stakeholders to understand and document requirements.Be involved in the collection and evaluation of requirements working closely with our project team, users, and stakeholders for solution developmentIllustrate delivery cadence through regular engagement with end stakeholders, both internally and externallyKnow or become familiar with programming tools, databases, web server tools needed for the projectDelegate tasks to team membersProvide hands-on support as neededMentor and provide guidance to junior team members, including participating in code reviews as needed.
