Scope of this role includes the support of design, ASR and logical network technician functions in a variety of competencies to include but not limited to; transformation contributor, training development, quality control, escalation support.The Main ResponsibilitiesLeverage operational performance to identify areas of opportunity for improvement, either through process changes, policy development, training, level of effort reduction opportunities or development scope. Subject matter expert on workflow and business process to lead transformation objectives, including problem statement identification, impact assessment, user requirement collection, consolidation capabilities, best practices, user acceptance testing, etc. Inclusive of automation technologies such as BOAs, RPAs and scripting. Manage quality control program. Escalation support for problematic orders inclusive of workflow and technical diagnostic correction. Influence and collaborate across multiple organizational teams, inclusive of contracted resources. Effectively communicate project status and develop related materials for team use. On-going growth development for self and team including celebrating success. Create and deliver material relative to job scope to team members and management. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to pivot between multiple platforms and concepts with ease. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Strong skills across Microsoft Office Products. Team player with a great passion to succeed.What We Look For in a CandidateBachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant job experience.
