Provide technical leadership for large-scale and complex reliability projects while supporting the performance and health improvement of existing Reliability and Performance Plus Contracts and initiatives. 
Technical leadership assignments will be temporary and based on project complexity, criticality, customer impact, and business requirements. The role will ensure that projects and contracts deliver measurable operational, reliability, customer, and financial value.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnically lead assigned reliability projects (Seal Reliability Management, Asset Condition Management, Reliability Engineering for Maintenance, Upgrades and Retrofits, Maintenance & Repairs and Training) from scope definition through execution, delivery, and closure.Act as the primary technical point of reference for assigned projects.Translate customer and contract requirements into clear technical plans, deliverables, schedules, and acceptance criteria.Coordinate project-specific technical activities involving local, regional, and global specialists.Perform and facilitate reliability analyses, including RCA, FMEA/FMECA, RCM, asset criticality, Weibull analysis, bad actor analysis, and maintenance strategy optimization.Review contract and project data to identify performance trends, deviations, and value-creation opportunities.Lead technical discussions, progress reviews, and presentations with customer stakeholdersDevelop practical improvement plans for underperforming contracts and critical customer assets.Monitor technical milestones, project risks, recommendations, and agreed customer actions.Lead technical discussions and progress reviews with internal and customer stakeholders.Support local teams through technical guidance, deliverable reviews, and knowledge transfer.Document results, technical decisions, recommendations, and lessons learned.Facilitate knowledge transfer and continuity at the conclusion of each project or project phase.Collaborate with Contracts Service Delivery, Service Solutions, Sales, Operations, Engineering, Finance, HSE, and other relevant functions.Technical decisions must remain within the approved scope, budget, and governance framework.Support current Reliability Contracts in addressing technical, operational, and performance gaps.Assess contract health by reviewing contractual commitments, reliability results, financial performance, customer satisfaction, risks, and improvement opportunities.
