As the automotive Product Specialist, you will be responsible for the Bosch Braking Systems that require the development of compelling go-to-market offers designed for a broad range of mobility users that are serviced through diverse channels in the Automotive Aftermarket. You will work cross functionally with a team of Product Development, Trade Marketing, Sales, Workshop Network teams, Market Intelligence, Purchasing, Engineering and Logistics teams in a fast-paced and agile working environment, where your skills will be visible to multiple management functions throughout the Bosch Automotive organization.Responsibilities: Lead the commercial development of the Brake Pads, Rotors and Boosters Product Portfolio.Ownership and organization of core program in terms of maintaining country product roadmap, ensuring consistent product quality, competitive pricing across channels, forecasting accuracy, optimized supply, advocacy through training, sales promotion and communication.Develop new product coverage by means of OE research and benchmarking to ensure a competitive, sustainable and market-relevant product program.Drive revenue objectives, target profitability, sales planning, inventory and service levels.Customer Facing: extensive collaboration with the commercial team to develop your product categories within the Distribution ranging from Wholesale partners, Retail accounts to independent Workshops.Develop and expand commercial offers to drive customer share of account and market presence.
