What You’ll Do

Lead and oversee all active projects, ensuring they are on schedule and within budget.

Train and mentor field crews, setting the standard for quality and efficiency.

Coordinate subcontractors, ensuring timelines and quality are met.

Step into the field when needed, providing hands-on support to keep jobs moving.

Serve as the key communicator between field crews, clients, and the office.

Support the development of systems and processes as we scale.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay: $25/hour during the first 90 days

Weekly Pay: Paid every Friday

Performance Commissions:

2% of the labor portion on all projects you manage to completion.

3% on jobs that finish ahead of schedule or achieve 30%+ margins.

Able to manage multiple jobs and coordinate crews efficiently.
