Accounting Clerk

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in the freight forwarding industry, based in New York. This role will involve handling import operations of international freight.Responsibilities: Assist with import operations related to international freight Handle accounts payable (AP) tasks Perform data entry and invoice processing duties Provide import customer service and support Manage billing activities and maintain accurate customer credit records Work on export-import documents as needed.Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar role Proficient in Accounts Payable (AP) procedures Demonstrated experience in billing processes Capable of performing data entry tasks with high accuracy Experience in handling Export - Import documents Demonstrated skills in Import Customer ServiceRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
