Manage and oversee end-to-end accounting functions, including month-end close, financial statement preparation, and reconciliations.

Ensure compliance with defense industry standards, including DCAA and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).

Prepare detailed financial reports and analyses to support decision-making.

Monitor and forecast project costs, budgets, and revenue recognition.

Lead audits, including DCAA audits, and coordinate with external auditors.

Support contract negotiations and review financial aspects of contracts.

Mentor and guide accounting staff to enhance team performance.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred).

5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a defense industry environment.

Strong knowledge of GAAP and FAR/DCAA compliance.

Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
