The North American Boutiques Sales Account Manager acts as the sunglass category leader that maximizes penetration of Luxottica’s portfolio in accordance with licensor guidelines for Boutiques. The Sales Account Manager is responsible for the achievement of annual territory sales quotas,leads project timeline to meet both partners and internal departments expectations on brand and other initiatives and coordinates customer assortment needs with Supply Chain to ensure service level expectations are being met

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Managing locally Luxottica Licensees Brands, organizing meeting with the buyers to ensure constant support and review business performances.• Capitalizing on business development opportunities in lending support to global channels of European brand portfolio in North America.• Driving customer performance by building the right assortment strategy and driving marketing initiatives unique to customer needs.• Organizing regional and regular stores checks and market visits, providing evidence by reports and ensuring database update.• Expanding client base with consistent profitable growth in sales revenues within Boutiques channel• Organizing buying campaigns and market weeks• Influence the business and collect orders and reorders.• Identifying objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and Long-Term earnings Supporting Licensees in strengthening E-commerce channel, monitoring Eyewear online presence on the market and new business opportunities.• Supporting Licensees in strengthening Outlet channel, monitoring Eyewear presence on the market and new business opportunities.• Forecasting sales quotas, projecting expected sales volumes and orders.• Pricing communication coordination with North American Brands.• Coordinating Credit collection in cooperation with Credit Dept, making sure the DSO is constantly monitored and expected target fully reached.• Coordinating Training activities, providing guidelines on Brand and geographic priorities.• Being the Bridge between US Boutiques Team, Luxottica Distribution International Boutiques Team and Internal functions such as Brand Management and Line Planning.• Coordinating After Sales and Customer Service intervention• Develop and share with Luxottica International Distribution Boutique Team the strategic development plan, buying campaign and training and market visit calendar.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing• +5-7 year’s experience working in account management in retail. Specific experience working for Luxury specialty retail or fashion preferred.• Ability to work effectively cross-functionally between global corporate team, internal department, and local market customers.• Results oriented with strong strategic sales approach• Negotiation skills, persuasive, capable to approach Eyewear Licensing Teams with integrity and sense of ownership• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as strong presentation skills• Ability to develop and maintain key management relationships with Eyewear Partners• PC skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint• Well informed of industry trends and able to speak knowledgeably and confidently about the eyewear industry
