Accounts Payable Specialist

Description We are offering a role in the bustling heart of New York, New York, for an Accounts Payable Specialist. The job function is within the hair care industry and involves managing high volumes of accounts payable tasks at a fast-paced workplace. This opportunity offers short term contract employment.Responsibilities: Handle full cycle Accounts Payable, ensuring all processes are completed accurately and timely. Take charge of cutting checks, ensuring they are issued correctly and on schedule. Generate projection reports on the company's weekend cash flow. Manage and process expense reports, verifying all records are accurate and up-to-date. Match invoices and Purchase Orders, ensuring all details correspond correctly. Handle a high volume of tasks in the Accounts Payable inbox, maintaining an organized workflow. Utilize 'Accounts Payable (AP)', 'Code Invoices', 'Customer Invoices', 'Enter Invoices', 'Enter Vendor Invoices', and 'Payment Processing' skills to perform job duties. Operate 'MS Dynamics 365 Business Central' and use 'Excel Formulas' to manage accounts payable tasks. Exhibit excellent communication skills to address any inquiries or issues related to accounts payable.
