Ad design, computer related jobs

I'm a Facebook advertiser for many years (general contractor) but want to find someone to work with me building new ads for other platforms, hourly with someone local to Dutchess and Orange

I also was looking for some help with hard drive transfers and other computer related issues when they arise

Looking for someone fairly intelligent that know their way around these things and can read into and learn what they don't know
