Ad design, computer related jobs

I'm a Facebook advertiser for many years (general contractor) but want to find someone to work with me building new ads for other platforms, hourly with someone local to Dutchess and Orange

Not interested in remote help and will NOT respond to anyone who is not local and willing to come out to my office.

Looking for someone fairly intelligent that know their way around these things and can read into and learn what they don't know.
