IMMEDIATE NEED: Our award winning, independent investment advisory & insurance firm with 20 years of knowledge and experience is seeking an Administrative and Marketing Associate.

Administrative And Marketing Associate Responsibilities:

Providing primary and ongoing support to the Adviser by gathering and updating client data, advisory, brokerage, and coverage clients thru all channels

Perform general office duties including vendor management, printers, phone systems, maintenance

calling/emailing existing clients and prospects for appointments generally keeping 10 virtual and in person appointments per week

Collecting and preparing initial financial data for financial planning meetings

Preparing investment and insurance reports

Support the creation, revision and amendment of client data management and analysis

Submit monthly compliance reports for correspondence, incoming checks, advertising, and marketing

Maintenance and regular updating of several websites, monthly and quarterly newsletters

Coordination of client events, new business seminars, and financial planning classes

Interaction between broker dealer (Cetera), insurance companies, and our outside RIA BFWM

Documentation of all service, prospecting, and client interactions via CRM

Preparation of new account and service forms via DocuSign or Adobe

Navigation of Cetera, BFWM, insurance and mutual fund company web sites

Adherence to confidentially and industry compliance standards

Administrative And Marketing Associate Requirements: TEAM PLAYER LEADERSHIP ACCURACY AND FOLLOW THRU, EXCEPTIONALLY WELL-ORGANIZED TASK MASTER,

Ideally has skills in CRM, digital marketing, website, Docu Sign, Advice works, excel, word, client outreach campaign management BANK, trust investment, insurance, accounting, or law firm experience preferred.
