Description Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent administrative skills? We are seeking multiple part-time Administrative Assistant to join our clients' teams in Westchester County. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and ensuring efficient office management.Key Responsibilities:

Proficiency in Software: Utilize your expertise in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to manage documents, create reports, and assist with various office tasks.

Calendar Management: Maintain and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members, ensuring that all commitments are met and conflicts are minimized.

Organization: Keep our office environment and digital files well-organized, making it easy for team members to access the information they need.

Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks, from data entry to prooing documents.

Heavy Phone Line Management: Handle incoming calls, route them to the appropriate parties, and provide excellent customer service.

Meeting Preparation: Assist in preparing meeting materials, agendas, and presentations as required.

Material Development: Create and format documents, spreadsheets, and presentations for internal and external use.

Hours: This is a part-time position, with approximately 20-25 hours per week.
