Description We are on the hunt for a meticulous Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Professional Services industry in LATHAM, New York. The role involves administrative tasks, including booking travel arrangements and supporting employees and members. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries and providing excellent customer service Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in all systems Manage email correspondence, responding promptly and professionally to all communications Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word to complete administrative tasks and projects Schedule appointments, ensuring a well-organized and efficient calendar Coordinate and book travel arrangements, ensuring smooth and stress-free travel experiences for team members Resolve any issues or complications that arise with travel arrangements Support team members and clients by managing travel schedules and itineraries Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient operation of the organization. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Experience in answering inbound and outbound calls professionally Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively Proven ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail Strong written communication skills for email correspondence Proficiency in scheduling appointments and managing calendars efficiently Experience in arranging and coordinating travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations Ability to handle administrative tasks and office coordination efficiently Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a professional services environment Strong problem-solving skills and initiative to improve processes and operations Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines High level of discretion and confidentiality handling sensitive information.
